We have negotiated the terms and conditions of employment for managers and top managers, as well as termination agreements, with a specific focus on compensation policies, non-competition covenants, confidentiality and retention agreements. We also have extensive experience in managing judicial litigation on individual and collective dismissals, characterization of employment relationships, non-competition covenants and unfair competition cases, commercial agents.
