- Taxation of natural persons: the team has gained extensive experience in taxation of natural persons and supports clients, or their family offices, who decide to transfer their tax residence to Italy by invoking favourable tax regimes;
- Taxation of insolvency proceedings: the team follows companies and their advisors involved in procedures under the Code of Corporate Crisis, in particular with regard to tax settlement applications;
- VAT: the team has a particular specialisation in VAT in both domestic and international transactions and assists its clients in both ordinary (resolution of queries and opinions) and extraordinary (analysis of VAT ramifications in the supply chain) consulting;
- International and EU taxation: the team accompanies its clients with regard to the application of the provisions of Italian regulations with transnational relevance, including transfer pricing, as well as with regard to the provisions of double taxation conventions and EU tax legislation;
