The Department specializes in assisting clients with all activities, both judicial and non-judicial, concerning the entire art system, including:

• the protection and management of intellectual property rights;

• the protection and management of the rights of artists, collectors, owners, and gallery operators, as well as relations with public institutions and foundations;

• assistance in the sale and purchase of individual works or collections, including through auction houses, on behalf of both private individuals and public institutions and/or foundations, in Italy and abroad;

• the drafting of insurance contracts for works of art or collections, covering transportation, storage, and the loan of artworks also for exhibition purposes, in both public and private contexts;

• the management of all tax and asset-related aspects in transactions involving works of art (sales, inheritances, establishment of a trust or a foundation);

• assistance in disputes concerning the recognition of the artistic authorship of works of art.
